UPDATE FROM Our CEO

Safety

While we work to keep Sock Fancy operational during this time, the health and safety of our team members -- and you --comes first. We’re increasing the frequency of regularly scheduled cleanings in our warehouse, including sanitizing frequently used surfaces and machinery multiple times per day. We've also adjusted the schedule to stagger shifts and reduce the number of employees present at any given time in accordance with social distancing guidelines.

Our marketing, sales, design, and support teams are all working remotely to reduce the risk of exposure to the virus. Additionally, we’re recommending all employees to take precautionary health measures, including frequent handwashing, social distancing, wearing a cloth mask in public, and pausing all non-essential work travel.

Sock Fancy's response to dealing with the coronavirus (COVID-19) is closely aligned with recommendations outlined by the World Health Organization (WHO) and Centers for Disease Control (CDC).

How is COVID19 Affecting Sock Fancy Operations?

With the launch of our cloth masks, we’ve seen a large increase in orders and shipments – and we expect this to continue. Each of our operating companies have developed business continuity plans to ensure we are optimizing our services to best support this increased demand, while also keeping team member and customer health & safety our number one priority.

Additionally, global work and travel restrictions are impacting the timing shipments inbound and outbound to and from our warehouse in Atlanta, Georgia. Rest assured that we are doing everything in our power to maintain timely shipping windows, and we so appreciate your patience and understanding as we navigate this uncertain climate.

This week is a big one for us, and one I know thousands have been patiently waiting for. After many delays and and unforeseen speed bumps, we have finally received our latest re-stock of masks. This shipment makes it so every single outstanding order is fulfillable and will be shipped within the next few days!

We can't thank you enough got the support and abundance of patience you have shown us during this process. We know it has been a long time coming but we're thrilled to finally get over the hump. As soon as your order is leaves our Atlanta warehouse, you'll receive a notification via email as well as tracking information so you can keep an eye on its progress.

As you may know, we have pledged to donate one mask for every mask purchased. That's over 120,000 masks secured for donation (and counting!) to frontline healthcare providers, at-risk nursing home residents and staff, and other essential workers. I'm also excited to announce our partnership with Hands On Atlanta who will be helping us identify and distribute our masks to those most in need (official announcement forthcoming). Thank you again, from the bottom of our hearts, for helping us slow the spread of this virus, and supporting us while we work to support our community.

If you have questions or prefer to cancel your order, we're making ourselves available as much as possible at info@sockfancy.com or the live chat on our site. Please note that response times will be delayed as we work through a very large increase in demand and customer service requests. If your order has already shipped. you can also refuse delivery or return your order for a full refund.

        Kind regards,

Stefan Lewinger - CEO, Sock Fancy
