U.S./domestic orders will ship within 1-2 business days and arrive 5-7 business days later.

Our 2021 Christmas shipping deadline for U.S./domestic orders is December 14th. Please place your order before the end of the day on 12/14 so we can ensure that your order is delivered by 12/24!

WHERE CAN I FIND MY TRACKING INFORMATION?

We automatically send a shipment notification email as soon as your order is fulfilled. This email will have a tracking link so you can keep an eye on your order’s progress. Please note, it can take 24-48 hours for your tracking number to update and begin showing movement.

No, hence the awesomely random part of it! The surprise makes waiting for your package even more fun. Plus, if you ever receive a pair you don't love, you can ship it back to us for an exchange.

WHAT SIZES DO YOU OFFER?

We offer two sizes for our subscriptions, Men's and Women's. Our Men's sizing best fits shoe sizes 8-14, and our Women's sizing best fits shoe sizes 5-11.

WHAT ARE YOUR SOCKS MADE OF?

Our crew socks are woven on 200-needle machines with high quality combed cotton. The material breakdown is as follows: 70% combed cotton, 14% polyester, 13% nylon, 3% spandex

Most of our premium threaded goods require a minimum order quantity of 100 units per design. If you are looking to order a lower quantity, please get in touch with our Custom Team and they will be happy to discuss options.

WHAT IS THE LEAD TIME FOR A SOCK FANCY CUSTOM ORDER?

Shipping times can vary, but we typically see custom orders arrive approximately 2 weeks after approving the production sample.

WHAT ARE THE MASKS MADE OUT OF?

Our masks are made with high-quality washable cotton and a triple-layer construction. The masks are roughly 95% cotton, and 5% poly-cotton blend. The ear loops are elastic and contain latex.

WHAT SIZES DO YOU OFFER?

We carry masks in two sizes: adult’s and kid’s. The dimensions of our adult masks are approximately 9”x6” and the dimensions of our kid’s masks are approximately 8”x5”.

ARE SOCK FANCY MASKS REUSABLE?

Yes, our cloth masks are reusable. We recommend that you hand wash your mask, but if you use your washing machine, your mask should be washed with a delicate cycle with cold water and hung up to dry.

ARE YOU DONATING ANY MASKS?

Yes! We are donating one mask for each and every mask purchased from us. We have already donated over 200,000 masks to help slow the spread of the virus and surpassed our goal of 150,000 masks donated.

WHO DO YOU DONATE YOUR MASKS TO?

We’ve partnered up with Hands On Atlanta to distribute over 150,000 masks so far to non-profits and other community organizations in and around our city. The applications for donation recipients are now closed, but we’re working to secure more masks to donate.

CAN I RETURN MY SOCKS FOR AN EXCHANGE?

Yes, we can exchange any unworn socks with the tags still on for an exchange. Please include a note detailing what you would like to see in your exchange, as well as your return address.

CAN I RETURN MY MASK ORDER?

Due to the hygienic nature of masks, we cannot accept a mask return for an exchange or a refund, with exceptions for defective products.

WILL YOU PAY FOR MY RETURN POSTAGE?

We do not cover return shipping back to us, but if you are requesting an exchange, we will ship your new order for free.
